Make a lower body work out more glute focused (for women)

I have swapped out some of the leg exercises to make the lower body work out more glute focused, I think it would be useful if there was a work out like this on the app.

Not a bad idea.. if you want a 'focused' workout.  Although I'd say after casual observation, this type of glute workout should be gender agnostic.  I think everybody could benefit from this focus.

To be honest, my glutes are sore for a while after doing split squats. Since I'm increasing the weight every workout, there's always more tension on the glutes. You will find them in the Lower Body 2A if you haven't got there yet.
