I am a 70 year old male. 5’4” and 120 lbs. Not all muscle. When I see 65 lbs for a lat row, I se more than half my body weight. There should be some way to input weight and size.

I have taught anatomy and physiology for 20 years before I retired.  I was hoping the AI would take these factors into account the same way a personal trainer would.  I believe your program has great potential and feel that any input  from you users can help achieve these goals.  It is just a mater of slowly tweaking the program to reach it.

That is a very pertinent point. The app does a good job at tracking your progress and challenges you at improving your previous marks but does not take into consideration the anthropometry of the user. The example presented by Dr. Schwartz proves the need of adjusting the program based on the person's body measurements. If the app has the objective of becoming the personal trainer of the user then it should take into consideration the age, physique, measurements and objective of the user as well as provide a way of tracking those variables over time
