Follow a Single Exercise in History

Nick Monastiriotis 7 years ago updated by Carl Juneau, PhD 7 years ago 7

In order to easily see the progression of an exercise and/or perhaps build upon that in the next training phase, it would be useful to select a specific exercise in the History menu.  I understand this is not of primary importance perhaps for now, but if I don't post it now, I'll forget it, lol!  Cheers!

With the latest update, you can view a single exercise at a time. In the chart and in the logs. I'm marking this feature request as "Completed".

Thanks!

I would like that also.

Here's how I would do it:

- From the history screen, tap an exercise name to see that exercise's history only

- From the recommendation screen, bottom, have 2 buttons: History (left) and Begin (right)

What you guys think? Any better idea?

By the way, I agree 100% we have to implement this at some point.

'From the recommendation screen' you mean the actual workout for this exercise?

Also, perhaps a date range would be helpful (?)

The recommendation screen is the first screen you see after you tap an exercise, from the exercise list. It's the screen with the last 3 1RM graph and your recommendation.

Are you suggesting a date range to update the graph? What would be the use of the date range?

In my mind, we would have the history for that unique exercise in scroll down format, similar to the current history we got (for all exercises).

I see re: recommendation!

I meant a date range option in History, or default specific periods (e.g., last 4 weeks, 6 months, etc), but yeah, see if others regard this necessary, of course!
