Schedule for Workout and Bodyweight Exercises

Hi. I am new to this app. I am 33 years old. On joining the automated chat suggested me to do workouts thrice a week considering my age and the longer recovery time my body needs. I've tried many apps and no app ever game me such personalized tips. However the app does not show a calendar/schedule or the days when I must workout. The AI chat suggests the very next day that my body must have recovered and I can begin with my next workout. Is it then left to user discretion to understand how one feels and pick the workout days? I feel since the app is backed by science the app could suggest apt days for workout in a calendar format.

I also noticed that the selection of bodyweight exercises is limited. Example there is no inverted rows which is one of my favorite exercises for back conditioning. I travel a lot and for that I prefer doing bodyweight workouts. Do you plan to add more bodyweight exercises to the app?

Re inverted rows and bw exercises, yes, we plan on adding more. In the meantime, you can easily add inverted rows to your account via the exercises menu, like this:

Exercises (bottom bar)
Custom
Add my own (or big white + button, if you just got the new update)

The app will apply it's AI logic to your inverted rows and any custom exercise you create. You can add them to your workouts using the swap feature (http://drmuscleapp.com/news/swap), big white + button during any workout (with the latest update) or create a custom workout with them. As you can see, Dr. Muscle is very flexible.
