Make personal statistics data available via API

I'd love to be able to extract my training data via an API, for use in a presentation layer, that I could use to see more in-depth, custom graphs over time.  I know there's the web-app at the moment but my thinking is that, by providing this data via API, the community could develop some open-source dashboards (yes, I'm volunteering) that would mean the core dev team could focus on the app.
