On easy lifts, show information about the regular version to ensure the easy lift is still in the helpful range.
Easy lifts start out with an effective maximum weight that is a percentage of their traditional version, then progress on their own. I would very much appreciate being able to see some basic stats on the regular lift when doing the easy version. This would alleviate my fears that I am growing too fast or too slow in the easy exercises; I never know how hard to push myself to stay in the proper range.
It might also be very helpful for the application to suggest weight / reps to keep it in the helpful range, "Do Y reps and X pounds to be back at 80% of <exercise>'s maximum."

Side note on this issue: I'm beginning to find that my "easy" workouts are very difficult, some even pushing me past failure. They advance much faster than the standard versions, and have mostly caught up. I'm guessing that I'm now not getting the benefit of the occasional easy workout in there.
Is the proper course of action to reset the easy workout? Is there a simple way to effectively tell it to "start over" based on my current hard-workout levels?
Hi Joseph. Hmm, that's odd. For easy exercises, are you doing the recommended reps and sets? Do you sometimes do more reps than suggested, or use a heavier weight?
To answer your question, yes, you could reset your easy exercises. Tap More > Settings > Scroll down > Reset history. But you would lose your history, so I'd rather determine why they're so hard for you and fix that instead. I'm guessing you're pushing them harder than the app recommends.
Best,
Carl
I'm always able to advance on the easy exercises, but not always on the non-easy exercises. Inevitably, this will lead to the easy exercises gradually catching up. They go up by 2% or so each time while the standard exercise doesn't always, and sometimes even falls back a bit.
Thanks for the information, I'll reset.
I'm glad that works for you Joseph. Until this gets more votes, make sure you do the recommended reps and sets for easy exercise (not more, even if you can).
