Improve web-app

Couple of suggestions for improvements for the web-app:

1. Downloading csv data - it's great that we can do this, but even though the download comes in .csv, it still needs manual adjustments to make the data workable. I always get a "header" for each date in one line, following the individual stats for each day in subsequent line. This doesn't make sense for csv. It would be better if ALL data was in every line. So Date/Time/Exercise/Weight/Reps etc all in every line.

Also, please add the year. Right now, it makes it hard to compare multi-year data, as there is no info for the year and I have to add it manually.

2. Since max weight and work sets are both shown on the same graph with the same scale, the graph is "zoomed out" quite a bit, and all curves look pretty much flat, even if you have a 3% improvement in max weight. I would like to see either to separate graphs (or just one graph with max weight, "work sets" doesn't mean much, as it's always 5 if you look at an individual exercise), or one graph with two different scales on the left hand and the right hand side.
