I’m doing the all body basic level and would like the system to mix the exercises up a bit for each body area…doing the Same set for 15 sessions is getting boring.. eg fire chest there is just flat bench and then diamond push-ups …
Could the system swap out for incline or dumbbell press and add in flys?

Hi Lloyd,
I'm guessing you're on a level 1 program. To mix in more exercises, I'd recommend moving up to level 2 right away. Here's how you can do that:
Tap More (bottom bar)
Tap Settings
Tap Change program
On any program, you can also swap exercises any time. The app will recommend similar exercises for the same muscles. Here's how:
Tap More next to any exercise
Tap Swap
