Undo save exercise

Jim B 2 years ago updated by Carl Juneau, PhD 2 years ago 3

Sometimes when doing a set either a normal style or more often a rest pause style set I have hit the save set and exercise when I really wanted to save and add set. Now the exercise if “finished” and I cannot find a way to get back into the set to add more sets. Either confirm when I select save set and afinishercise. Then I could cancel and do what I intended to do. Or make an add set button always on the screen.

Is there a way to add another set or two after you select save set and exercise?

Or do yiu mean select edit workout while in the workout?

No, I don't mean that.

I mean this:

Tap Exercise (bottom bar)
Tap Exercises
Search for that exercise

Open it

Save any number of sets you like

Save it

Return to your workout (or close the app). You can do singles exercises anytime that way in the app (and save any number of sets for them). If you have more questions, please email us at support@drmuscleapp.com.

Hi Jim. Yes, here's how.

Tap Exercise (bottom bar)

Tap Exercises

Search for that exercise

Save any number of extra sets you like

I understand it would be smoother if you could save extra sets during your workouts, even after you finish and exericise. I look forward to implementing that improvement when this suggestion gets more votes (we implement suggestions with the most votes first). Thanks!

to be clear on this workaround, until this gets enough votes, while in the workout select the exercise option at the bottom of page. Then select exercises and just add the exercise as if its a new exercise in the workout? Or do yiu mean select edit workout while in the workout?
