Use a different (less aggressive) algorithm for single joint exercises (e.g. dumbell curls)

I think DrMuscle should be modified to use a different (less aggressive) algorithm for single joint exercises (e.g. dumbell curls) than it uses for compound lifts -- especially for people in their 40's.

[Note to the team: check behaviour during strength phases also.]
