Adding detailed cardio
Hi
I understand how to add cardio as an exercise. But as an example, I do outdoor bike rides. I click to add outdoor biking and it takes me through sets in the description. Cardio should be based on time, and distance. Also maybe an override for calorie expenditure. As an example a casual stationary bike is not the same as a hard peloton ride. It would be great to add this and have the algorithm calculate when you need to back off on cardio as well based on your goals

For HIIT and other cardio, add a way to track progress regarding speed.

I would like to see the cardio part of the app changed. The intervals with rest periods is strange. When I’m doing cardio I really just want to do a steady state calorie burn.
