Adjust workouts based on sleep the previous night, motivation, etc.

I think further integration with other data I have on my phone from other health apps would be great: heart rate variability, sleep the previous night, etc. would be useful. So, when I go to workout, perhaps the app says, you got only 6 hours of sleep, then asks me how much motivation I have to work out, and then, based on my responses, suggests a tailored workout, etc.

I agree. It would be incredibly useful if the app prompted users at the start of each session to share how they’re feeling—whether they’re sore, feeling the pump, feeling good, or not experiencing anything specific from the previous workout. Having simple feedback options like these would allow the app to make more personalized adjustments, helping users optimize their routine based on how their body is responding on that particular day.
