Once out of the app during rest for instance if I want to check my emails the timer stops - doesn’t call you back to your exercise and when I switch back it counts down from where I’ve left the app / switched apps - other words it seems to freeze when in background

Hi Michal,
That's a known issue on iOS. We're on it.
For now, the timer will work as expected if you remain outside the app for the full duration. You'll get a notification to return ot the app when the time is up.
I realise that's not very smooth, so I look forward to the team fixing that for you. We'll email you as soon as it's fixed. For future bug reports, please email us at support@drmuscleapp.com. We try to keep this site for feature requests only. I'm going to close this topic for now.
