Determine if I should change my training frequency
It is a shame that the app cannot determine over time whether I should increase or decrease my training frequency.
Currently the app recommends 3 sessions per week, respecting 1 day on 1 day off. But sometimes she also advises me to add a 4th session (without changing my frequency)... which makes it a mismatch with the recommended rest days.
