An option for 50%-75% workout intensity.

Option for reduced intensity at those intervals if recovery feels slow or minor tweak occurred during rest day. This would not affect future workout calculations or adaptations and just be treated as a one off lower intensity workout.

Hi Jon,

Good news: the feature you requested is already available in the app. You can achieve a 50%-75% workout intensity by tapping "..." next to any exercise, and selecting "Swap". Then, choose the same exercise with a medium or easy variation. To return to your original workout, tap "Undo swap" or go to Edit workout (top left) and select Restore workout (top right).

This functionality allows for lower intensity sessions based on your recovery needs without impacting future workout calculations or adaptations. You can use for all or just some of your exercises, and choose easy or medium on a case by case basis depending on your needs.
