Add an exercise with a date in the past

mcarroll sln2008 2 weeks ago updated by Carl Juneau, PhD 2 weeks ago 1

When I pay gor a session with a personal trainer he is the one that chooses the exercises, weight, sets and repetition that I do. I have the specifics pnly after the session for me to log in the app but with a date in the past. I mow have 12 of these sessions to add but can’t enter a date in the past and must “use” the app to execute these sessions. Is there a way that I can log them with the vorrect dates in the past and flag them as complete based on the actuals reps that I did rather than having to execute them one by one in the app. If not, how am I supposed to record these tupes of sessions?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I understand your frustration with this limitation.

Unfortunately, Dr. Muscle does not currently support logging exercises with dates in the past. The app is designed for you to log your workouts as you complete them in real-time.

With that said, you could open the app once daily for the next 12 days and log each session on consecutive days. This will capture your training history. Going forward, I'd recommend logging your sessions into Dr. Muscle that same day while the information is fresh.

We'll keep this request open in case others want to vote for it. If you have more questions about the workings of the app, please email us at support@drmuscleapp.com.

Thank you,

Carl
