Expand venue/gym functionality

I would like for the venue choosing function to have more effect on the whole training experience. For example when choosing "other" for a workout and swapping exercises, it shouldn't keep those changes for the next workout if you choose venue "gym", only if you again choose "other". Since the two different venues can have totally different equipment and even weight increments. 

Also as someone suggested, a temporary function for when you are at a place you know you won't get back to, like a hotel gym.

Also a function to add and rename venues. I can't be the only one going to different gyms with different equipment, weight increments and so on.
