You should build a program for each body part

exercises to do post surgery & after a few months.

And your doctor or PT can modify

This is a feature no one has. Period.

That’s what I am doing. My doctor said I would never be able to have full motion & would Never be able to do a pull-up. But 7 weeks later I have full motion & I could do pull-ups but I am scared. I am going to wait another month or 2 afraid from retearing.

I even thought why don’t I pause this I can’t use for 2 years & then said let me use it for other body parts & rehab. Been tremendous.
