Thanks for the quick response, Carl!

Carl, yes that works!  Appreciate you adding this capability as we all get to a point where you need to back off on something even more than a deload session. Good stuff!

this sounds like it is on the right track. Additionally, there should be a way to manipulate rep range and probably sets exclusively for the rehab area. In my case, I am getting back to normal post knee replacement and need to stay in the 15-20 rep range. However, for upper body I am staying with the suggested workout

I recently had total knee replacement and have diligently been doing upper body, and now I am shifting back to non body weight exercises for my legs. After two months post surgery I am disproportionately behind on leg capability. Have you considered a recovery/rehab option that a user can check for a bodypart and then opt out when appropriate?

I agree this would be helpful. I just had a total knee replacement and as I finish my flexibility cycle will be going to a split routine with very light leg work. It would be good to denote this not as a Delia’s but a rehab phase.

I agree with this. I also do road biking, peloton, and extensive walking. All should accounted for in the plan. Even if it’s manual but recognizes the level of effort and calorie burn
