Thank you very much! That pretty much addresses my concerns. Right now I’m at a point in which I’m returning to training after a 4 year absence from powerlifting in which I just lived the sendentary life, so for me it is obviously a good idea to start training with hypertrophy in mind at first since I lost so much muscle and strength and then eventually move on to powerlifting; I just wanted to make sure that I the app will still be helpful even then. Once again thank you for your prompt response, well appreciated.
