Yes, potentially. Although it allows for a bit more flexibility. For example if someone wanted to do 5 by 5, then they could constrain the app to five sets instead of 1 or 2 or 3. But you are correct, mostly I am looking to get in a quick, but effective workout.

It would be good to have the workout recognize which exercises you've completed and either gray them out or have them not show up once they were done in that day's workout. Also, it would be nice to be able to rearrange the order of the exercises on the day of the workout instead of remembering which I've done when I don't do them in the order listed.
