Sebastian L 6 years ago updated by Carl Juneau, PhD 6 years ago 7

Hello!

Is there any Chance to use the new Feature with Single exercises in the Workout? For example :

Squat with 6 to 12. Leg curl with 15 to 20?

Without changing the Setting Every Time? Only once..?

You can now customize settings at the exercise level. Tap "..." next to an exercise to customize it. If you're on Android, you can update right away. If you're on Apple, you'll need to wait 2-3 more days (it's under final review). To update:

- Open the store app on your phone

- Search "Dr. Muscle"

- Tap "Update"

Now would be a great time to suggest and vote for our next feature. If you'd like to do that, please visit: https://muscle.userecho.com/communities/1-submit-your-feedback/topics#.

Really appreciate your support and advice. Thanks!

We have begun working on this feature. You'll be able to set:

- Custom reps

- Custom increments

- Normal or rest-pause sets

At the exercise level. You'll also be able to take notes. ETA is about 3 weeks. Stay tuned!

This will be excellent to be able to add notes to each exercise. For instance yesterday I was doing 30# laterals and due to an old injury my right shoulder was hurting and couldn't do as many reps.. It will be great to add that as a note for reference.

What about adding a timer to the workout.  Once the first exercise is started the clock starts and ends when the complete workout is finished.  I always try to decrease my total time of the complete workout session to increase my cardio as I workout. But sometimes I get started and don't take notice of the time when I started.  Thanks,

Gary, I've moved your workout timer suggestion to another posting so people can vote for it: https://muscle.userecho.com/communities/1/topics/159-add-a-timer-to-the-workout

This one is coming soon! A quick preview:

The problem i see is when the increments aren't regular.
