That sounds great Carl I think it would be really helpful to know your pushing volume in the right direction until you deload and then repeat. 


Am I correct in thinking when we're referring to volume we're talking about working sets because as you have said you can achieve hypertrophy in various rep ranges.

That sounds great but I was thinking more about being able to chart weekly volume over a  mesocycle so you can see your progress from start to end of mesocycle. Even better would be being able to group exercises together so you could total weekly volume for certain muscle groups. 

Sorry if I'm asking to much but it's great being asked what for input.
