I like the rest-pause option but would also like the option to switch between rest-pause and normal sets so that every exercise in my entire program is not set to rest-pause or just a normal set of four or five therefore the option to chose would be best instead of eliminating rest-pause entirely.

How long would you say it will be before this is implemented if you don't know exactly the can you give an estimate?

I love the app and think its one of the best I have seen but this turning exercise, rep, and set into a rest-pause set is a deal breaker for me and if it is not fixed I don't know if I will keep it or not because this was implemented in a way that changes your entire workout program into nothing but a rest-pause workout. Therefore until it is fixed I will just go back to pencil and paper because as it stands now the app is useless.

There should be a way to either turn off rest-pause or to apply it to individual exercises instead of having rest-pause applied to my entire workout program because there are many exercises that I prefer the full range of reps and sets instead of rest-pause.

I don't think that this is completed because I still get fractional weight recommendations that are not possible with what I have access to

I agree that we should be able to apply rest-pause to individual exercises instead of it being applied to our entire workout program, and there should be a way to switch back to the normal sets and reps without rest-pause being imposed on our entire workout program.

Would you recommend that when I cant move up in weight for dumbbells to move to barbells? Therefore, I cannot do 45 pound curls with dumbbells with good form and without using momentum, but I can with a barbell with good form and no momentum, and I cannot press 90 pounds with dumbbells but I can with barbells, so would it be harmful or counterproductive to move from one to the other because I think that both should be used because they both have their benefits and there are some things that you can do with dumbbells that you cannot do with barbells therefore when a dumbbell is too heavy to do a single curl or press with is it problematic or counterproductive to move to barbells or is it better to just drop the weight to something that I can lift with dumbbells or is it better to continue the progress with barbells? However, what is your recommendation? Therefore, this is confusing to me for many reasons even though I have been doing this for many years there are still some things I don't understand, and what I just described is one of them. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank You in advance.

Regardless of how it is implemented users should be able to enter the plates that they have access to and how the dumbbells they have access to are measured or in what increments they are distributed in because plates and dumbbells are not the same thing and in some cases can be measured differently from one another, but I'm sure that you already know that. However, eliminating Rounding and going by the numbers that users give for an exercise would work just as well like if you enter 45 then the next would be 50 instead of 47.5 and so on.

I didn't know that was what the deload feature was for because it only gave me a deload when my 1RM decreased on my deadlift, but the app should be able to recognize stagnation because Wednesday I had 45 pound hammer curls which I could only do with very poor form and too much momentum or something like the weight being too much should be something I can enter into the app for recommendations to deload its a complicated experience because I could have done that with a cable machine but that is only because of the pulley system that they have so i really don't know what to ask or say but I think that you know what I mean because its like if you cant do 90 pound presses with dumbbells you can do it with a barbell. Do you have any recommendations about what to do in these instances?

I don't think that the way that the app recommends weights should change because it helps with progressive overload to make progress, but the only thing about the recommendations that I don't like are the fractional weight calculations but that could be fixed if you can select or customize the plates and dumbbells aavailable to you and then the app makes recommendations based on what is possible with those weights for instance I have access to dumbbells from 5 to 160 pounds in 5 pound increments, and plates in 45,35,25,10,5,2.5 pounds so if something like that could be done while preserving the way the app works that would be great. In addition, your solution is basically what I wanted, and it would work but I just hope that you maintain the fundamental way that the app functions with the way it progresses as the user does with its weight recommendations because that is part of what makes this app great.
