I also have a question about the app. How can I got back to previous day to edit the work out? For example, I didn't finish my calf work out from my leg day, even though I said I did on the app, but I needed to do my upper body today. I want to go back to the gym tonight to do my proper calf work out from my leg split. How can I go back and edit those times or re-do it? I wish there was an easier way for this. Thanks
