That is correct but for all exercises. At the very minimum it would save time, but it could also allow people to train each set as close to (or as far from) failure as they choose.

Lowering reps would definitely help. However, as another thread has suggested, being able to remove a warm-up set would address both ideas. 

My suggestion is in reference to the rep schemes. I’m training for a marathon so I’m very happy to have reps of 10-20 for certain days. However, on the day I want to train with lower reps and higher weight, to maintain strength, I have to manually change the rep scheme for all workouts. It’s not a problem if I remember to change it back but I shouldn’t have to remember that. If I could just tell the app when I make my workouts the specific rep range i want, it would fix the issue.
