The app highlights the sets that are completed by putting the gray behind them when finished, the ones left to be done are still white..  It doesn't "jump off the page" at you, but they are different. As long as you understand how it works, it is "highlighted"...

In addition to having to guess the "6-rep easy weight" for every exercise in the workout, all of the "customization" for the exercises is not shared between the exercises. Example custom increments had to be re-entered for every exercise in addition to making an "uneducated guess" at the weights to input. Settings for Bench Press and Bench Press Easy, for example, should also be shared.

Before they added complete all sets on "Side 1" then do "Side 2", I was doing 1st set left, 1st set right, and then saving the set. The "problem" is the rest periods are all wrong between sets. There is really no way to account for the time it took you to do Side 2, meanwhile Side 1 is in "rest time" while you are doing side 2 ... so it messes up the timing for rest pause sets. It does add time to the workout, but I've gotten used to it. I think taking the extra time is better than messing up the rest pause timing in the long run.

On one hand, if BB or DB is not listed in the app, it might be confusing. On the other hand …. it should be clear from the weight that you are doing. Example. If a "Curl" is listed at 50# (DB) the odds of you being able to curl 100# dumbbells are pretty slim, so if 100# it must be a barbell or plate weight.  I think the app has also been updated since this question as well to show Unilateral or Bilateral exercises.

OK, I tried editing the saved sets during the exercise, while doing sets, and before "finishing" the exercise. It works great, allows me to correct any mistakes in weight or reps. No need to any changes, thanks for the "how to"!

I'll have to try it to see if it is "real time" or "after the fact. How do I get to the "saved set" if I'm still doing sets within the exercise?  If its "real time", keeps me in the same place in my sets within the exercise I'm doing that's fine...but, if I have to wait until after I finish the exercise, then go back and edit "set 3 of 8", I will probably forget which one I needed to change. Instant gratification works better than "fix it later" for me. Thanks, Bob

If it takes 60 seconds to do the exercise set, and there is a 20 second rest pause.... then it is 80 seconds before you start doing the left again... that is 4 time the specified rest pause (defeating the purpose of shorter rest times to fatigue the muscle)
