totally understand this one, the further your advanced and the heavier you lift, the more difficult it becomes to add even 1%

1% of 100kg is not the same as 1% of 300kg for instance that is a big difference, i too sometimes feels like the app doesn't take this in account.

great suggestion but the app doesn't suggests weight of the easy or medium level on the normal variant

easy builds on easy

medium build on medium unfortunately

if the app made easy and medium weights based on normal variant that be great

i suggest in exercise setting a button which you can select

easy-medium-normal

as difficulty level for that  exercise in the workout

this way you can 'deload' without  losing progress cause next time you can just set back to normal

the app also doesn't see it as one exercise but 3 separate exercises because of the hard-medium-light and the fact you'll have to make each exercise 3 times? O

or do i see it wrong?

will the app ask every first time for all 3 exercises (light/medium/hard) how much i could do, or if i name t the same but only click on hard for one, medium for 2, easy for 3 will the app see it as one and the same exercise and give the weight based on the hard exerxise for light and medium or not?

that´s not really what i meant, we should be able to make each exercise hard-medium-light the ability to switch these

, is easier to swap exercises in the program but staying with the programs template, light days, medium days, hard days.

hower now you mention it, we can indeed make the exercise 3x and select hard/medium/light.

it's a little bit mire work than just a switch offcourse but it works, thanks.
