I live in Europe, but in my gym, some of the machines have only pounds marked In weight stack. Of course, I can easily convert the weight to kilos with unit converter in my phone, but it would even easier if I could use pounds in those exercises.
Today I noticed that my streak was restored. Thanks!
Agreed. I know the feeling, although I don't use the plate calculator very often.
Additionally, it would be useful to increase the max weight for the bar, as many speciality bars weight more than 20 kg which is currently the max weight in the calculator.
Moreover, if one wants to take into account the weight of the weight sled in machines (like leg press or hack squat), the max weight could be 50 kilos or more.
+1
The app asks the user to log weight and body fat percentage. Since I don't have a reliable way of measuring my body fat, I have left the box blank. I have dropped weight, but the app says that since I haven't logged my body fat, I might be losing muscle instead of fat. My waist has shrunk so I know that I have lost body fat, but there is no way to tell the app that.
How about adding a box for some body measurements? After all, health wise the waist measurement is more important than fat percentage, and you can easily measure your body measurements, but getting reliable body fat percentage requires some speciality equipment, or you have to pay to get it measured. I have one of thise cheap electric measuring devices, but it is far from reliable.
Even if you are not trying to lose fat, it still could be useful to record the measurements.
OK, this is almost as good as the system I described. The user can switch the reps manually to see, how many reps he must accomplish to break the 1 RM record, and still do the reps the AI recommends, if he chooses to stick to the original reps.
Ok, that sounds logical. But then, the app instructs that "Generally, you should do as many reps as you can with good form and common sense. If that's more than the app recommends, great. Enter what you did, and the app will adjust in 1 workout."
If that is not the case, then the instructions should be modified, or better yet, there should be a plus sign after the number of reps in the workouts where one is supposed to go all out, as I suggested in some previuos feedback.
OK, thanks for the advise. The feature was so well hidden that I did not find it.
As the only feature under the Continue button is to arrange the order of exercises, why not change the text from "Continue" to "Rearrange"?
Actually, my Easy workout has me doing more reps with heavier weight than I managed in my Medium workout, and the weight in Easy is heavier than in Hard workout (7 × 90 kg in Medium, 9 x 95 kg in Easy and 11 x 92,5 kg in Hard workout).
I forgot to mention that resetting the start date would be a good option after a long layoff from training due to injuru, focusing on different sports, not having time or possibility to train, etc.

I agree. It would be helpful if you could:
- Timer: create an AMRAP timer into the app. It could be used in all kinds of "crossfit-style" workouts, in addition to EDT workouts. The user could choose a regular rest timer, or AMRAP timer in the program creation process, or change it during the workout
- instead of just AMRAP timer, the whole workout template could be an AMRAP template, meaning that the workout would not have a predetermined number of sets. Instead the program would keep offering new sets (or supersets, or giant sets if it is a circuit training workout), as long as there is still time left on the clock.
- it would be nice, if the AMRAP timer had a EMOM option, so that it would give a beep at the beginning of every minute. Again, useful in many ways. The AMRAP timer might have a check box for the EMOM timer.
- in the EMOM timer, it would be possible to not have a predetermined time limit; rather have the workout continue as long as the trainee manages to get a certain number of reps in the minute time frame. However, this would be optional and the default would be that the workout would have a predetermined time frame
- allow the user to determine supersets (or tri-sets or giant sets) in the workout creation
- allow the user to determine workout frequency / default training days
- The AMRAP workout template could have a different kind of progression system: the user creating the program could determine, what is the progression threshold for the workout. It could be a set number (like 50 reps), or increase in percentage (like 20% from the initial value). If the threshold is exceeded, the AI would then increase the weight, relative to how much the threshold value is exceeded
OK, this would give two different kinds of workout structures. But then, it would allow one to construct circuit training workouts, EMOM workouts etc. in addition to EDT workouts.
