Hi,

I'm very glad this update is finally in place. One thing I noticed when I removed the warm-up sets for excercises done later in the workout is that the timing does not sync. So for instance, I could have 0 warm-up sets and 5 working sets for excercise X. When I did the first working set, the countdown was only 35-40 seconds. The second set had a countdown of 60 seconds. It was only at the 3rd working set the timing would be correct (120-180 seconds).

Is this something you could look into? If removing the warmup sets, it should automatically start the countdown for the working sets, i.e. be longer than 35 seconds as when doing warmup.

Another suggestion is to have the app adjust rep ranges for muscle groups depending on the type of muscle fibres in majority. For instance the picture below (which I'm not sure if it's real or not, but it shows my point)

Hi Carl,

I'm having troubles seeing how long my subscription is lasting. I'm greeted by the phrase "Thank you!" with two buttons saying "You already have access" and "Email support". When I press the "You already have access"-button (hoping to see how long my subscription is valid) I'm transferred to the home page.

Is there any way you can improve this to show how long it is valid?

Regards

How about we are given the chance to choose how many warm up sets we want?

For instance, when I'm doing squats where my working set is set at 100 kg, I would like to warm up with 40, 60, 80 kg. While my biceps curls could be at 30 kg, and I would feel comfortable only doing one warm-up set of 15-20 kg, especially since the isolation movements come at the end of the workout.

Is there any possibility to include a choice between how many warm-up sets we could have. Maybe to choose once per exercise would be sufficient?

Hi,

I did change my settings when I was doing my deadlifts today. Instead of having rest-pause sets I changed to normal sets. But the timer did not update accordingly. I still only got 25 seconds after each set, so I had to manually change the timing to be longer. Please look into this and fix it since the timing should be updated accordingly like it says in the menu.

Regards

To be honest, my glutes are sore for a while after doing split squats. Since I'm increasing the weight every workout, there's always more tension on the glutes. You will find them in the Lower Body 2A if you haven't got there yet.

I agree, this would be very convenient. I've used Fitnotes for some years, and it would be really good to be able to use all of this data for better adapted programs.
