I agree. Additionally, if I just finished chest, back I probably don’t need to warmup the shoulders, biceps, and triceps. They should be warm. Debatably, its probably not the best choice to jump into a main set either.

I see them from time to time but just say “no” when my body is not ready. I don’t know the build logic but since we have a choice I am assuming its built to allow users to know where their at and make the choice. Carl, correct me if I am wrong.

Before I vote up or down, tell me more. More workouts as in variations to the traditional lifts? More workouts as in mix it up to include CrossFit type workouts?

I'd like to see goal setting and tracking based on short and long term goals. Perhaps guidance on average strength for age, sex, weight, BMI, etc.

If I just did two days in a row (upper/lower) the app should tell me to take a day off. If I logged three in a row, it should tell met to stop being an overachiever and remind me that rest is an important part of the process.
