I find that the lighter weight is fine for warmups in the beginning of the session, but as the workout continues, I need less warm ups. 

I like this idea, but I would carry it one step further and have it sync with the Apple Health APP. 

I agree with this, I’m 57. Takes me a little longer to recover than a 30 year old. 

Exactly. I never know if I should enter the individual weight of each dumbbell or the combined weight of both dumbbells. I’ve been entering individual weights. 

I agree, I also do light cardio or yoga/stretch on my off days as I’m trying to burn body fat. Im concerned about overtraining. 

This would be my number one request along with making the app more energy efficient to use less battery. 

I would rather perform an abbreviated workout than none at all!
