It's not an issue of being annoying to Me or not -OK, we've cleared that :)

Was just wondering how it would work.  What you suggest based on 3d/wk sounds fine, but what about 4d/wk?  If it's a split upper/lower X2/wk, it would suggest the next day for the next workout of day 2 and a couple of days later for day 3 etc?  Perhaps a manual reminder could work better, if you want to go ahead with that?  Most people have fixed days for training perhaps, but if not, better have the option there?  Not sure (thinking something similar to iOS Reminders with the "i" next to each reminder you make, re: the manual option).

Marc has probably answered that, I think, by adding the option "Remind me tomorrow", duh!  Just noticed, lol!  Sorry guys!  That could work, too, I guess, yes!

If you are specific on your workout days perhaps.  But what about 'Day 1, Day 2' etc planning for those who train when life allows? :)  I mean, how the app would distinguish this, or would it be annoying for the customer to be reminded on a completely random day?  Devil's advocate here, nothing wrong with your suggestion, of course!

If the drop sets are based on the first 'proper' sets or on a % of your 1RM, then no reason to 'confuse' (for lack of better term, sorry) the app.

The only problem with this is that you don't record these drop sets in History, if you'd desire so...

Next workout asks for sets of 6 reps, so I will just 6RM (I would do that anyway for some of the exercises, I hope it records it as a new RM anyway).

Also, just curious, the rep scheme within the week remains constant, but when deloading, or adding sets depending on progress, this happens irrespective of what number of reps it happens to coincide with, am I right on this?  Thanks and sorry if this is irrelevant here... :)

Is this on the app now, Carl?  Because it happened to me yesterday out of nowhere (3 sets of 12 and asked me to deload...).  Cheers!

That would be cool, too! And per exercise perhaps, if someone wants to track things like RPE, for example. Or for the whole workout to start with, yes (e.g., RPE X workout time = load, if someone wants to play with that).

Good job, Marc! :)

Although I wasn't doing the same thing as Ben anyway, I can't reproduce what was happening on iOS -I unlock the screen and the app continues to load the recommendation screen, which eventually appears as normal...

Just did!  Joke aside, I was a bit surprised people haven't voted for the edit option; hence, the comment :)

I think this may be even better, as you also offer something for people to work on.  The choice comment was more so for the lack of a certain version of an exercise -perhaps not a frequent issue in a well-equiped gym, but something good to have as an option and/or for Home workouts, if that applies there as well- or for an injury/irritation issue with an certain exercise.

If this is the option you go with, consider a 'Copy/Edit' option for the whole workout -if someone wants to make his/her own L2 workout(s), it would be much easier to make it with the Copy/Edit option based on your recommendation, if s/he is to change 1-2 exercises only per session, rather than making them from scratch again, perhaps?  What do you think?
