Yes, definitely give the option of exercise selection & rotations, in my opinion! :)
Hi! I just tried it on iOS (just to see what happens) from Exercises --> Bench Press and by locking the phone WHILE the exercise is loading for the recommendation screen and the message I got was that the internet connection was lost and to try again. Which I did and was fine, but that wasn't an app crash -after clicking on OK, the app was working fine. I haven't tried this while on a workout though.
The loading (mainly when I am done with an exercise) takes a bit long sometimes, but less than 10 seconds in my case.
Hope it helps!
Also, in order to avoid a -1% change and a subsequent deload (I mean, in cases it's not needed in reality -the -1% change issue discussed in a different thread), I went back to history to edit the sets and add 1 rep to each set (which I actually did anyway) and realised there is no EDIT option (only the DELETE now, of course).
So, the option EDIT in History?
Yes, this is a bit awkward , especially now that it suggests a deload, if the recommendation screen eventually produces a -1% change...
I see re: recommendation!
I meant a date range option in History, or default specific periods (e.g., last 4 weeks, 6 months, etc), but yeah, see if others regard this necessary, of course!
'From the recommendation screen' you mean the actual workout for this exercise?
Also, perhaps a date range would be helpful (?)
Probably the best option, yes! Because it gives some freedom, but with specific guidelines; otherwise, people will overestimate (in reps, for example) if are given the liberty...
I will do that then, thanks!
I guess, it would be more practical to keep them as entered until you actually save the whole workout, yes!
