I just wanted the top to look the same as the bottom.

But it works the same.  Just not a consistent look.  At least on my phone.

Not a bad idea.. if you want a 'focused' workout.  Although I'd say after casual observation, this type of glute workout should be gender agnostic.  I think everybody could benefit from this focus.

When I got the iPhone it was a fresh install of the app.  It updated along the way via iTunes to include the Swap feature (which is awesome!)

Maybe I'll delete the app.  Just install it again.

I'm not sure what else I can/could do on my side.  That always worked (mostly) for Windows machines. :-)

Happened again ...

Bench Press was the 1st exercise listed and I was able to SAVE each set and Finish the exercise.  It moved onto Squats.

Opted to SWAP out squats for the Pit Shark machine we just got!

I was able to SAVE each set but when I click Finish exercise, nothing happens.  I move onto the next exercise.

I can go back and see what I did but I'm not able to SAVE.  And it doesn't show in the my Progression screen.

This seems to always happen when I opt to SWAP out an exercise.  It lets me pick.  It lets me SAVE sets but the Finish button never works.  So my progression for that exercise is never saved nor is anything after the Swapped exercise.

Essentially if I SWAP, everything after that is not able to be saved.

I was on Android but switched to an iPhone 3 weeks ago so I wasn't getting the BETA updates.

It was in my afternoon so that might be related to your servers?  I'll test it again and see what happens.  Do an exercise, save.  Then swap.  See if it lets me finish the exercise.

I'm back to my original thought after working out yesterday... I would like a Global Variable that lets me set the default rest time and rep range per custom workout.

Instead of doing a built-in workout or a custom and having to adjust each exercise... I'd like to make a custom Break-In Routine 1

That would allow me to create exercises for this routine, rest, and ranges and let the A.I. use it's magic to suggest weights and sets based on my progress.

That might work just as well.  If I'm doing Squats today it's going to suggest something based on the current settings.  If I opt to just select some random weight and do 15-20 reps, it might boost my % for the week or lower it.  But if I had the option before starting to pick the "Exercise Level" the A.I. could in theory adjust to select a weight that would match.

I don't want to mistake Exercise Level in the 15-20 rep range as being pink weights!

I was able to use the 70 lbs dumbbells for 3 sets reaching positive failure.  It was actually pretty hard.  If I'd used the 35 lbs, that would defeat the purpose.

Did this yesterday when I opted not to do Hip Thrusts and instead went for Reverse Hyperextensions. In doing so, leaving my "workout" to go to that Custom Exercise was confusing. When I finish the Reverse Hyperextensions, it was totally unclear how I continued with the current workout. I thought it was gone but I managed to get back. Swapping out within the workout would be a major benefit. Or if you did leave to do a custom exercise, at least an option to continue where you left off.

For example.. let's say it's full body and I'm back to squats.  I'm tired of squats and I want to do a Safety Squat.  I like the rest of the routine, but I want to swipe away the recommendation for Squats and replace with Safety.  Or Front.  Or whatever.  Given I've done that exercise in the past, the app has some data and can recommend my weight, sets and reps or start fresh if it has no baseline.

Always the option within the app to "turn off" reminders so that people who train when life allows, are never bothered and for those that need it or want it, it's an option.  That's how I thought of it.

I mean the stopwatch is there if you need it.. I just use the watch on my wrist but it's a good option for those people who don't still wear a watch.
