Add a timer to the workout
What about adding a timer to the workout. Once the first exercise is started the clock starts and ends when the complete workout is finished. I always try to decrease my total time of the complete workout session to increase my cardio as I workout. But sometimes I get started and don't take notice of the time when I started. Thanks,
Guidance for rest timing unilateral exercises with rest pause
I'd like to see guidance for timing unilateral exercises with rest pause. Should you do all rest pause sets on one side before the next? Or can you combine with an optimal timer?

With the short rest, you should you do all your sets on one side, then the next. It's really the best way.

Bicep curl
Are you envisaging the bicep curl in the app to be with dumbbells or barbells? Video or diagrams in the app would be really helpful here. Thanks for a great product.

You can do biceps curl the way you like best. Just make sure you do it consistently that way.
Great point on videos: it's our #2 most requested feature now, so we plan on implementing it next. It should solve the issue.

Add an option on the home page to change venue (gym / home / bodyweight)
I found the venue selection this morning. It seems to be in an odd place for me. For someone who generally works out in a given venue every time, having its selection as a “setting” is logical, but for one who varies frequently, having that as an option on the normal first page of the app makes more sense. Plus if you put it there, a user can just ignore it if you supply their default.
In short, it would be convenient for everyone if it were an option on the app’s first working page. The default you supply could be from the spec, where it is now, or maybe the same as the user’s last selection.
IOS has a number of cute, but not user-friendly entry options. What we used to call Radio Buttons seems like an unobtrusive, easy way to select that day’s venue options. Display the three with the default highlighted. A user who wants a different choice taps it to select it.
Implemented some time ago, but not updated here. The app now asks you which gym profile you want to load when you tap Start workout. Marking this as completed.

Total weight stats
I would like to suggest that the app calculate total weight lifted for each exercise of each workout and keep stats.
Allowing me to follow progress day per day on a specific exercise or on a entire workout or even week (More than 1 workout) per week.
A general sum of all my workout could also be fun with achievements.

Colorize the buttons
While I appreciate the slick appearance of the app, it would be helpful if after completing a set the three buttons looked a little different (different colors?). When I'm not thinking clearly because all the blood has left my head and is in my muscles, I tend to hit the wrong button. If they looked a little different (white button, black font?), then maybe I'd make less errors.
Wow! Almost looks like you read our minds with that suggestion. We've already done somthing similar! Currently in alpha; will get rolled out with the next update. Have a look:
We might switch that layout around a bit; but like you suggested, when all your sets are done, the "Finish exercise" button will be emphasised, and the others won't.

Make it more efficient because it drains my battery
Make it more efficient because currently it drains my battery more than any other app. I’ve had to purchase an additional Mophie battery case just to use while I’m working out.
Guidance for supersets
I would like to see guidance for supersets. Meaning which lifts are best to combine and what are the rest intervals when using supersets.
Full training plan descriptions
I would like to see easy access to the full training plan descriptions (e.g. Upper/Lower pattern vs. full body patterns)
