
Delete saved sets / exercise history
I saved sets by mistake and now I can't delete them.

Released in beta today. Will be made public this week. I'm marking this as completed. Yeah!

Excluding or unfavouring an exercise
In the excercise settings, it is possible to mark an excercise as favourite, but there is no option of excluding an excercise (or making the excercise un-favourite).
For example, I cannot do front squats due to an injury. I can of course swap the excercise manually, but it would be better if I could exclude the excercise so that the AI would not offer it to me, and at the same time it could take into account in the workout programming that I am using an alternative excercise (if the AI goes that deep). If I can rehabilitate my injury, I might be able to do front squats in the future, so I could remove the exclude mark.
Similarily, there might be an excercise I hate doing so I could mark it as unfavourite, and the AI would not recommend it often, but it would still not be completely excluded. Again, if the programming goes so deep that it builds workouts individually for each trainee - I have used the app only for few weeks, so I don't know if the app uses only cookie cutter templates, or if it builds the workouts individually after it gets enough data for the user.

Longer weight trend graph
It would be good if the weight trend graph was for a longer period of time than just a few days, or it could be customised for the period wanted.

Separate mobility and cardio workouts
Since the app already has the option of including mobility and cardio sessions in weight training workouts, it should not be a tall order to have the option to create separate cardio or mobility workouts.

Thanks for your suggestion. You can easily do cardio sessions like this:
- Open the app
- On your home page, scroll all the way down
- Tap Exercises (bottom left)
- Open any cardio exercise
To do a mobility session, you could start a workout and leave right after the mobility part. But you're correct that we could certainly create them as separate mobility workouts. We'll implement it when this gets more votes.

Apple health integration with scales that measure body fat
When will the app be more fully integrated with Apple Health? Seems like a no-brainer to allow integration with scales that measure body fat so the AI part of the app can better adjust (whether that be meal plans or details of the workout itself).

Modify strength percentage increase stat feature
In the app after you complete an exercise/workout it will tell you the percentage by which your strength increased.
I noticed that it will give me this stat the first time I do an exercise. Since it is the first data point the app has, it has nothing to compare to, so my strength percentage increases are in the 100s.
This throws off my overall stats in the dashboard, saying my strength has increased 41% in the past three workouts, when really the app had me start rotating in easy workouts for the first time.
I don’t want the app to calculate my strength percentage gains based off 0 and the first data point in an exercise, but start to calculate it between the 1st and 2nd data points, the 2nd and 3rd data points and so on.

Message at start of workout to say if full effort or not
I think a brief message at the start to estate that you’re expecting the workout to be full effort or a little bit easier so that the participant doesn’t over train. Perhaps a colour code system. Blue - do as you’re instructed. Red - go all out.

Rest Time end countdown
Would love to be able to have the resting ending countdown be modular.
instead of 3,2,1 being able to have it count from 5 or beep from 10 etc.

Swap between Metric and Imperial by exercise (lbs / kg)
Here we are metric but in a lot of the Gyms the equipment comes from USA and they are slack so lots of the weights are in Pounds. Its a pain to divide by 2.2 or whatever to get to KG so would be great to be able to change on the fly by exercise. Okay so its a small point but maybe other have the same issue?
