Change the increase in weight from 1kg steps to 0,5kg steps
Is there any chance to change the increase in weight from 1kg steps to 0,5kg steps?

Charts with long-term progress
A chart or table that shows progress for more than 3 sessions (example on 1-2 months)

Charts are out in beta! You can now see your progress for any or all exercises, over the timeframe you want (from 3 workouts to all time).

On the screenshot I'm attaching, you can see my progression for the shoulder press for all time. You'll notice 3 peaks and 2 valleys. The valleys are deloads. As you can see, each deload leads to a bigger peak, and a bigger 1RM.
That's exactly why you should deload when you stop making progress. Deloads wipe away fatigue and let you progress again. Good news is, the app takes care of that for you, and makes you deload exactly when you need it, so you can break your plateaus, get stronger, and build more muscle.
Beta users on Android have access to charts right now, and those on iOs will have access tomorrow (hopefully) after Apple reviews the update. The update should be live for all users next week.
I'm marking this feature request as "Completed."
Cheers!

Smart reminder notifications to train on workout days
I'd like the app to remind me when to train. On the best day. Maybe like this:
"Hey Marc you're supposed to work out today!"
[Workout Now]
[Remind me in 2 hours]
[Remind me tomorrow]
Other workout apps do it (like 100 push-up type of apps).

Hi guys! We released this one some time ago, but it looks like I missed updating the feature request. To set workout reminders, do this:
Tap More (bottom bar)
Tap Settings
Scroll down
Tap Workout reminders

This feature has been released in beta today. Public release coming up later this week. I'm marking it as "completed."

Apple health integration with scales that measure body fat
When will the app be more fully integrated with Apple Health? Seems like a no-brainer to allow integration with scales that measure body fat so the AI part of the app can better adjust (whether that be meal plans or details of the workout itself).

Message at start of workout to say if full effort or not
I think a brief message at the start to estate that you’re expecting the workout to be full effort or a little bit easier so that the participant doesn’t over train. Perhaps a colour code system. Blue - do as you’re instructed. Red - go all out.

Make plate calculator take into account future sets
Hello,
There is an issue I am having based on how the app combines the plates.
I am using rest-pause sets (with limited resting time) and following the way the app arranges the plates makes it very difficult to be ready on time for the next set.
Moving 10 plates (per side) in 20 seconds is not easy. For example, the app arranges the following weights (left is the first weight going inside the bar):
The last set with less weight has the same proble. Instead of telling you just to remove 10 lb+2.5+10lb, it will tell you to remove a bunch of them and then add the 45.
This is just an example, I guess the solution would be something like maintaining the first 2 plates the same during all sets (such as 10+2.5 or 10+5) and then changing the other 2 or 3, but sounds like a difficult programming problem
Also, an option to see the plate combinations of all series would be great.
I hope I didn’t make this idea too complicated.
Eduardo

Hi guys,
Nice to see this suggestion getting some votes. Here's a quick solution that might work until we implement something better:
You could try customizing your plates to remove the 45 lbs. That way, the app will always recommend a combination of smaller plates, potentially accomplishing what you're looking for here. You can do that under Settings (bottom bar) > Change equipment.
Cheers,
Carl

Increasing the equipment to include 2 barbells. For example a 15 pound and a 45 pound bar.
Being a female, on upper days, I seem to use my 15 pound bar more. On leg days, I uses my 45 pound bar more. It would be great to have both bars in the equipment section.

Adjust workout time before starting a workout
Another app's feature that allowed me to adjust my workout time just before starting my workout was very useful. The option was right at the top, just one click and I could alter that days' training time to accommodate my available time. This feature was particularly useful on days when I was not feeling up to a full workout or when I was under a time constraint. With Dr. Muscle, this feature may exist but I haven't come across it yet. I do see I can make the training period change within the settings/program but I don't know if that is a 'global setting' or a 'next workout setting.' For this feature, I only want to change the next workout. Again, Dr. Muscle may have this feature front and center but I'm not seeing it; it's not intuitive.

Custom cardio option
I know this has been brought up previously and believe it needs to be offered as both part of a workout (add exercise) but also as a separate event outside of a weight workout. Long term, integration with strata, peloton, concept 2 etc. Would be great!
