Deload microcycle based on factors other than the 1RM
As I understand, the App makes you deload specific movements, depending on your 1RM.
I think it would be useful to have the possibility to do a deload week (or microcyle) based on not just strength but also other parameters such as general fatigue, motivation to train and (most important) joint pains and aches.
I know there have been some instances in the past where I needed a break even if my strength was up (but maybe my joint were starting to bother me). I tried other apps in the past that implement this sort of feedback from the use, and I think it would be useful.
Thanks
Hey Gianluca,
Thanks for your suggestion, I appreciate it.
Until it gets more votes and we implement it, I wanted to let you know you can deload anytime manually by tapping "..." next to any exercise during any workouts, and "Deload".
So, you could simply deload all your exercises when you feel like it (or just the ones where your joints are starting to bother you, for example). The app already gives you that flexibility.
Thanks for choosing Dr. Muscle,
Carl
Enhanced Meal Planning Customization
Suggestion:
I appreciate the recent addition of the country option for meal planning. However, I believe there is a crucial feature missing that could significantly improve user experience: the ability to input specific products that are available or preferred by the user.
Problem: Choosing a country may not always resolve the issue of availability or personal preference for certain products. For instance, seasonal variations affect the availability of fruits like blueberries, and sometimes certain products are too expensive or unavailable, leading to difficulties in following a meal plan.
Proposed Solution: I suggest adding a feature that allows users to input specific products they prefer or have available. Based on these inputs, the AI could generate a meal plan tailored to the user’s actual food choices. This would provide a more flexible and realistic approach to meal planning.
Benefits:
- Personalization: Users can create meal plans that reflect their dietary preferences and available ingredients, leading to higher satisfaction and adherence.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Users can avoid planning meals with expensive or unavailable ingredients, helping them stay within their budget.
- Seasonal Adaptability: Meal plans can be adjusted according to seasonal availability, making them more practical and sustainable.
Body fat target
You should ask for desired weight and body fat because just a weight target is insufficient for achieving desired outcome…
Chat notification
I’ve noticed I quite often get a chat notification when there isn’t actually a message there.

Keep days not trained on the calendar
if I change my mind not to train I lose my day on my planner. Would it be possible the day not trained doesn't go anywhere until completed?
Thanks for your suggestion Patrick. This is coming soon. Marking as "planned". Cheers.
Meal planner: each day you can tell the app what you plan to eat and it give you example of menu
The ideal for the me - and I think for anyone that doesn’t live for fitness but wants to be in shape even with kids a a job - would be to say what I want to eat, to name the main source of macros ( for example, eggs, pasta, cucumber and avocado) and to get proposition of meal with quantities and suggestions of things to complete or to replace if there is a better option.
Ideally, each day you can tell the app what you plan to eat and it give you example of menu and quantities with suggestion to complete or improve if needed.
Add Kettlebells as a selection for equipment at Home Gym.
Currently there are exercise in the app which use kettlebells ie Kettlebell Russian Twist, but there is no option to add available Kettlebells as equipment for home gym.
