Thanks for voting for this feature! Dr. Muscle now supports offline access. Now you only need to connect before and at the end of your workout (you can even connect before you leave the house and when you return)!
Here’s how:
- Open your workout
- Open each exercise and tap “Begin exercise”
- Navigate between exercises by tapping “Superset”
- Once all your exercises are loaded, you can get offline, work out, and save your sets
- Once you’ve saved all your sets, get back online and “Finish and save” each exercise
The update is already available to all users on Android and under final review by Apple (give it 2-3 days). To update, open the app store on your phone, search for Dr. Muscle, and tap "update".
Now would be a great time to suggest and vote for our next feature. If you'd like to do that, please visit: https://muscle.userecho.com/communities/1-submit-your-feedback/topics#.
I'm also curious to hear what you think of our new home screen (work in progress). Tell me here: https://muscle.userecho.com/communities/1/topics/147-new-home-page.
Really appreciate your help and advice. Thanks!

Hi Gary,
Thanks for your comment here, and great suggestions.
You can switch to a different exercise on the fly using our swap feature (http://drmuscleapp.com/news/swap/). (See image below.)
Please vote for the maximal weight suggestion here: https://muscle.userecho.com/communities/1/topics/132-along-the-same-lines-is-there-a-way-to-implement-a-maximum-weight-a-person-may-have-available-to.
All the best,
Carl

Thanks for reporting that one Marc -- it's getting fixed in today's update. I'm marking it as "Completed".
Hi guys!
This suggestion is now our #2 top rated.
What would be the #1 thing you would like to do inside your account on our Web portal?
We'll build that first. Thanks!
That has got to be my favourite write-up of the day!
Looking forward to implementing this one!
Wow! Almost looks like you read our minds with that suggestion. We've already done somthing similar! Currently in alpha; will get rolled out with the next update. Have a look:

We might switch that layout around a bit; but like you suggested, when all your sets are done, the "Finish exercise" button will be emphasised, and the others won't.
Thanks for your suggestion! I'm marking this one as complete. Will get back to you later re other suggestions.
Hi Devin,
Thrilled you're loving the app!
Yes, we're happy to give your friends and family a free trial month. We don't have a system in place for that, so for now, please write a 3-way email to put us in touch or ask your friend to email us and mention you. We'll get them set up :)
Thx!
Thanks for voting for this feature! Dr. Muscle now supports custom weight increments. We hit a few bumps in beta, but the update is now finally available to all users on Android and under final review by Apple (give it 2-3 days). To update, open the app store on your phone, search for Dr. Muscle, and tap "update".

Thanks for the feedback guys!
Yes, that chart is hard to make. For now, it includes every exercise you've done at least 3 times in the last 4 weeks. We'll probably change it to something more intuitive.
For dumbbell exercises, we recommend you enter the weight for 1 hand.
