Here's the way I see it:
When you hit a plateau, the app will recommend an exercise that's similar. You can accept the recommendation or choose your own exercise.
Next, every time you train exercise A, the app will check and have you do exercise B in rotation with it.
So, in short, yes, when you have exercises in rotation, the app will automatically change your workouts.
You would be able to change these rotations on a special settings page.
Would that work for you? How do you see it?
This has been fixed with the current release (supersets). I'm marking this as "Fixed".
I'll try to get this one fixed this week. I'm marking it as "Started".
We're starting to work on this one now and I'm marking it as "Started".
This feature has been released in beta today. Public release coming up later this week. I'm marking it as "completed."
You're right: there's no option to edit history as of now. I'll convert this into a topic, so people can vote on it.
Very good point.
I guess we'll have to set it to round up then. This will make some of the lighter exercises harder some of the time. But it shouldn't influence heavier exercises. I'm marking this as "Planned".
From Steve Hamelburg:
I think putting more in about when to add new exercises and how that should occur would be great. For instance, if I want (or should) add incline bench press, when should I do?. Also, should it be done same day as flat or should you alternate days.

Hey Ben,
I haven't been able to reproduce this on my phone.
You're on Android, correct?
Could you please confirm that these steps are correct?
Exercise list >
Tap on Bench Press >

Lock screen >
Unlock screen >
The app crashes
Are these the exact steps you go through?
