Guys, good news!

We just implemented this feature for custom exercises. Seppe, that's via the path you suggested:

Next to any custom exercise, tap More

Tap Settings

Select your preference under Exercise difficulty

Does this work for what you are trying to accomplish?

Ian, thanks very much for your suggestion. Good news! It's easy to do light sessions in Dr. Muscle. Here's how:

Open your workout

Next to any exercise, tap More

Tap Deload

Alternatively, you can look for an easy workout in our list of workouts under:

Exercise (bottom bar)

Workouts

Dr. Muscle

Gym (or home)

Easy workouts start at level 4

I'll mark this as completed for now. Thanks again for your suggestion. And if you have any questions about using the app, drop us a line anytime at support@drmuscleapp.com.

Cheers,

Carl

Hello Seppe,

We implement suggestions with the most votes first. As you can see, your suggestion is currently ranked 6th:

You can review the top suggestions anytime using the options at the top of the site.

I can also confirm we're keeping an eye on your suggestion, and I'm afraid posting GIFs doesn't speed anything up. However, when you post here, all users of the feedback site get an email update. So, I'd ask that you refrain from posting GIFs in the future.

Thanks for your support over the years, I really appreciate it.

Carl

Thanks for your suggestion Austin. Only customers like yourself get to vote. We implement suggestions with the most votes first, and we've already implemented some of the more popular requests, like Web app, plate calculator, exercise-level settings, time off between workouts, and custom equipment.

You'll get an email when the team starts working on this one or when another customer leaves a comment. Looking forward to implementing that one.

Thanks for voting for this feature -- it's in beta! We've already implemented body weight tracking and coaching (with goals, calories, and macros). A few of you also requested we add bodyfat % tracking and estimates. If that's still a priority for you, please vote for that feature here: https://muscle.userecho.com/en/communities/1/topics/431-track-and-estimate-bodyfat

Guys, good news! With the release of new meal plans feature, we're about to start working on this next. Looking at your suggestions, we're considering for previews of upcoming workouts:

- Calendar view
- Projected progress
- Email reminders

Anything else you'd like to see added?

Hi Austin,

These guidelines definitely make sense and are aligned with that we're doing here at Dr. Muscle. Basically, all our programs follow them.

Depending on your level and preferences, the fully-body, upper/lower or push/pull/legs programs may be the best fit for you. The app should have already recommended the best program and settings for you based on the answers you gave it when you created your account. But you can change it manually anytime by going to Settings > Change program. You can also try Settings > Scroll all the way down > Reconfigure account if you breezed through the setup questions. For more help, please email us at support@drmuscleapp.com.

Welcome to Dr. Muscle!

Carl
