Thanks for voting for this feature -- level 1 is in beta! Levels 2-7 are coming soon. From the announcement:

Push/Pull/Legs split program is one of our top requested features, so I’m super excited to announce it today! With this version coming up in beta, you’ll be able to select Push/Pull/Legs from the list of gym or home gym workouts under the Exercise tab. With this split, you’ll be training 6 times a week, hitting each body part twice a week. It’s an advanced split best suited for lifters who have a lot of time on their hand—and who want to squeeze every last bit of gains from their workouts by training more often and performing more exercises in a fresh state.

Pyramid sets are coming! This is one of our top requested features, so I’m thrilled to bring it to you. You can now choose from Pyramid or Reverse pyramid sets in your global and exercise-level settings. This was challenging to sync with custom reps, increments, and other settings. So, some tweaking may be needed for users with unusual setups. If you notice something odd when you try pyramid sets for the first time, please let us know. We should fix it by next week!

No new requests here, marking this as completed.

Apple Health integration is up and running. We looked into MyFitnessPal, and sadly, it cannot be done on our code platform (Xamarin). Some people also requested Google Fit, Fitbit, and Garmin many months ago, but not recently. So, I'm going to mark this one as completed for now. If you want those or another integration, please create a separate feature request so other customers like yourself can vote on it. Thx!

Hi Joseph. All your progress is saved. You'll be able to resume your previous program exactly where you left off. If you have more questions like that, please email us at support@drmuscleapp.com. When you post here, all beta testers get a copy of your email. We're trying to keep this site for feature requests. Thanks!

By the way, your other option would be to change to the "Buffed with bands" program inside the app. Here's how:

Tap More (bottom bar)

Tap Settings

Tap Change program

Tap Dr. Muscle

Tap Home Gym

Joseph, great question. Yes, the best way to go about this right now is to create custom exercises for your bands. Like "Curl (red band)" and "Curl (green band)". Next, swap those into your workouts as needed (tap More next to any exercise, and Swap). With that, your progress on your normal exercises won't be affected. But you'll continue to level up and benefit from all the automations of the app.

We’re also looking for ways to sync your volume (sets) and strength. Want to sync anything else? Let us know!

Nice to see this getting more and more votes!

Note to self / saved for later:

https://www.elitefts.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Long-band-calibrations.jpeg

Have a setting for how many bands

For 3 bands, have easy / medium / hard difficulty

Move from Easy to Medium once user can do max rep in his range

You asked. We listened. With this update, we introduce the “Lower back, glutes & hamstrings” body part. These muscles often work together. So much so, they’re often called the “posterior chain”. So, it made sense to group them as one. This group now includes exercises we previously listed as “back” or “legs”. Like the deadlift and its variations. Splitting up body parts is one of our top requested feature, so if there are other body parts you’d like to see in Dr. Muscle, now’s the time to speak up. Let us know on our feedback site at https://muscle.userecho.com/en/communities/1/topics/284-muscle-groups-should-be-divided-even-more. Thanks!
